- FY2024 aggregate remuneration for 13 directors and officers: approximately $5.9 million (FY2023: $6.3M, FY2022: $6.0M).
- No individual executive compensation disclosure - aggregate only, as permitted under Form 20-F.
- Includes cash bonuses, pension, retirement or similar benefits; excludes automobiles, travel, fringe benefits.
- Non-Employee Directors: $80,000 annual cash + $255,000 annual restricted shares. Board Chair gets additional $200,000 in restricted shares.
- 252,979 restricted shares granted to directors and officers in FY2024, subject to 3-4 year vesting.
- Stock ownership guidelines: Board 6x cash retainer, CEO 6x base salary, CFO/COO 2-4x base salary.
