Every number comes from an SEC filing — DEF 14A, 10-K, 20-F, or Form 4. We don’t estimate. We don’t aggregate from third parties. We read the filings.
Deterministic parsers handle the structured tables that make up most proxy filings. When formatting is non-standard, language models extract the same fields through the same validation pipeline.
