What stays free?

Ticker search, ticker listing, and the latest fiscal year for one company cost 0 credits. Human company pages keep their full visible history.

Is this a subscription?

No. The planned $20 pack is a one-time purchase for 1,000 non-expiring credits, not a subscription.

What happens when a balance reaches zero?

A premium request returns HTTP 402 with a coming_soon status. Request early access in the developer hub; your existing API key or OAuth connection will keep working when packs launch.
