Keith Taylor Cash Bonus – 2025 Annual Incentive Plan

Keith Taylor — Transition Agreement | Mr. Taylor will serve as Chief Financial Officer until his successor is appointed, after which he will serve as Special Advisor to the CEO on a part-time basis (approx. 20 hours/week) through March 1, 2027.; As Special Advisor, Mr. Taylor will earn a salary of $48,000 per year.; Mr. Taylor will not be eligible for a bonus for any plan year after 2025.; Previously granted equity awards will continue to vest according to their terms during the Transition Period.; The Transition Period can be terminated by the Company for 'Cause' (as defined in the agreement) or by Mr. Taylor for any reason.; The agreement includes a customary release of claims by Mr. Taylor.

Rebecca Kujawa — Director Compensation | Elected as an independent director to the Board of Directors.; Effective November 3, 2025.; Will serve as a member of the Board's Audit Committee.; Will receive Equinix's standard compensation for non-employee directors.

Yanbing Li — Director Compensation | Appointed as an independent director to the Board of Directors.; Effective August 12, 2025.; Will serve as a member of the Board’s Talent, Culture and Compensation Committee.; Will receive Equinix’s standard compensation for non-employee directors.
