- B.CompensationUnder Cayman Islands law, we are not required to disclose compensation paid to our directors and executive officers on an individual basis and we have not otherwise publicly disclosed this information elsewhere.Executive Compensation PhilosophyOur executive compensation programs are designed to attract, motivate, reward and retain the high-caliber executives necessary to accomplish our strategy.
- GF’s compensation philosophy includes the following key design principles:•Align with shareholder interest;•Strong link between pay and performance; and•Motivate our talent to achieve short-term and long-term goals that lead to sustainable long-term shareholder value creation.Our executive officers receive fixed and variable compensation.
- They also receive benefits in-line with market practice and with the benefits extended to our broad-based employee population.Certain of our executive officers are entitled to certain benefits upon termination, including a cash severance payment if we terminate their employment without cause.Base SalaryThe fixed component of compensation consists of base salary.
